- Conduct on-site visits on the prospects deemed to be "high potential" targets and provide detailed reporting back to the client.
- Provide assistance with valuation of the target company including market comps.

the entity itself to understand its unique attributes, allowing us to properly position it for the sale process.
- Upon initial assessment we will develop a preliminary list of prospective buyers to discuss with you. This will enable us to collaboratively establish the best buyer candidate targets
possible.
- Create an offering memorandum that uniquely positions the business in the M&A marketplace. The offering memorandum will reflect not only the financial performance of the unit but
highlight the most salable attributes of the business to best position it with the buyer audience.
